The HR Business Partner anticipates HR-related needs, drives execution, and acts as an effective change agent. This role builds strong, trust-based relationships across the organization to deliver value-added solutions that support employee engagement, performance, and compliance. Responsibilities
Lead and execute HR initiatives across assigned business units Build and maintain strong relationships at all organizational levels while serving as a trusted, credible business partner Act as a strategic advisor to leaders on employee relations, performance management, and organizational effectiveness Partner with business leaders to proactively address employee relations trends and implement sustainable solutions Support leaders on corrective actions, terminations, grievances, investigations, and escalations Coach leaders to manage employee relations proactively and prevent reactionary or non-sustainable outcomes Conduct organization-wide investigations, including protected class allegations, employee relations concerns, EEOC complaints, and senior-level escalations Identify and lead opportunities for organizational change and continuous improvement Facilitate and support change management initiatives Partner with leadership on organizational development, talent initiatives, leadership development, and performance engagement Lead HR compliance efforts across federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations, including FMLA, ADA, EEOC, FLSA, Title VII, union relations, and bargaining agreements Manage HR-related projects, ensuring timely and accurate execution Lead and facilitate meetings, training sessions, and HR-related workshops Collaborate with centers of excellence and employee experience teams to deliver scalable, sustainable solutions Analyze data and metrics to create reports, insights, and action plans Perform additional duties as assigned to support organizational goals Qualifications
18 years of age or older Eligible to work in the United States Valid state-issued driver’s license with an acceptable driving record Ability to communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, and speaking) Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience HR certification preferred (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) 5+ years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or advisory role Experience with HRIS systems; UKG experience preferred Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment practices, and labor laws Demonstrated ability to follow up, follow through, and manage multiple priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills Ability to influence without authority and build strong cross-functional relationships Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and electronically Ability to pass a background check and drug screen Flexibility to work extended hours as needed to support field operations
