What You Will Do
Originate exclusive multifamily and commercial listings in New York
Cultivate direct owner, investor, and institutional relationships
Secure listing agreements
Work with our team to prepare valuations, proposals, and marketing materials
Participate in negotiations and attend closings

Serious commission splits on real deals
Compensation
Independent contractor (commission-only)
Substantial commission participation on closed transactions
