**We offer a competitive salary plus uncapped earning potential as an Agronomic Technical Consultant!*** Travel daily within assigned territory to meet prospects and current customers, generating leads by conducting cold calls and follow up visits. You will build and maintain relationships to generate and increase sales.* Function as an on farm consultant educating and providing agronomically sound solutions that provide a distinct value-add based on your assessment of each grower's needs and Timac Agro's product portfolio.* Initiate field demonstrations and coordinate seasonal crop tours with growers.* Represent our brand at events, internal and external to our business and assist in announcing and deploying campaigns to distributors and key accounts.* Develop and implement action plans and schedules to identify specific sales targets and set contact goals.* Accurately record all visit and call details and pre orders in our CRM daily.Requirements* Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, a related field or at least 2 years' experience in agriculture (i.e. farming and/or agronomy).* B2B sales and / or consulting, preferably within the agricultural or agronomy industry.* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.* Self-driven and independent but also has the ability to work as a member of a team.* Ability to develop strategic sales plans and execute them effectively.* Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.* Exceptional time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.* Knowledge of current industry trends, products, and market conditions.* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.* Valid driver's license and ability to travel within territory up to 5 days per week, occasional overnight travel is requiredJoin our team and be part of a company committed to innovation, growth, and professional development.
