Sales Engineer – North America (Fully Remote) Location:

What You Will Do

Drive technical sales and business development across the North American territory.

Develop new customers and expand relationships with existing accounts.

Promote and launch new products, positioning technical solutions to meet customer needs.

Provide technical consultation and application guidance across plastics additives, antioxidants, coating compounds, polyurethanes, inkjet printing, and water-based and UV systems.

Lead product presentations, technical discussions, and solution-based selling engagements.

Identify and pursue new market opportunities to grow revenue and market share.

Collaborate with R&D, operations, and commercial teams to align product capabilities with customer requirements.

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform growth strategy.

Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing and long-term account development.

What You Will Need

Bachelor’s degree in

Chemical Engineering or Materials Science

(required).

Proven technical sales, sales engineering, or business development experience in specialty chemicals.

Industry experience in

plastics additives, antioxidants, coating compounds, polyurethanes, inkjet printing, and water-based and UV systems .

Strong preference for candidates with experience at

BASF Plastic Additives, IGM, SI, Sartomer , or similar organizations.

Demonstrated success developing new customers and growing territory revenue.

Ability to translate complex chemical technologies into clear commercial value.

Self-driven and comfortable working remotely with a high level of autonomy.

Willingness and ability to travel

up to 50%

across North America.
