Position Overview We are looking for a Recruiter / HR Specialist to support our hiring efforts across various operational teams. This role involves managing the recruitment process from job posting to offer stage while working closely with hiring managers.
This position is suitable for candidates interested in recruitment and HR operations, including those early in their HR careers.
Key Responsibilities
Post job openings across recruiting platforms and sourcing channels
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
Coordinate video and onsite interviews with hiring managers
Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
Assist with offer preparation and onboarding coordination
Maintain candidate records and recruitment tracking
Support hiring data reporting and recruitment process improvements
Collaborate with internal teams on hiring needs
Qualifications
Interest in recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition (experience is a plus but not required)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Chinese language skills are preferred but not required
Familiarity with job boards, or recruiting tools is a plus
