Description About the Role
Hammer Media is hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to help build and scale our growth engine. You’ll own demand generation execution, support pipeline growth, and drive day-to-day marketing performance—while managing the content pipeline, running experiments, and helping shape how our story shows up in the market.
This role is based in our Austin, TX office and requires you to be in the office five days a week.
What You’ll Do:
Conversion of funnel pages for all targeted campaigns across paid, organic, multi-channel, partnerships, and affiliate channels
Build and maintain funnels, dashboards, and reporting to track CAC, conversion rates, and campaign ROI
Analyze and optimize conversion across landing pages, lead flows, and user journeys to maximize engagement
Partner with marketing, engineering, and creative teams to plan and execute launches for new and existing products
Help develop and execute testing roadmaps across creative, audiences, bidding strategies, messaging, and landing page experiences
Assist in evaluating new channels, tools, and tactics to support scalable growth
Deliver weekly and monthly growth insights, translating performance data into actionable recommendations
Who You Are:
5+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing, ideally within SaaS, fintech, or digital media
Hands‑on experience managing and optimizing paid media channels
Strong exposure to go‑to‑market strategy and supporting product launches
Comfortable interpreting data, identifying trends, and turning insights into clear next steps
Experience working in early‑stage or high‑growth startup environments (preferred)
Highly analytical mindset—comfortable with spreadsheets, KPIs, attribution models, and performance reporting
