No outbound calls, no cold calling, ever! This position is on-site at 1285 Joe Battle Dr, El Paso, TX 79936. Job Duties and Responsibilities What You'll Do: Handle inbound customer inquiries in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a Fortune 250 company. Influence purchasing decisions by effectively showcasing our range of TV, Internet, and wireless products and services. Ability to communicate effectively in both languages. Possess a competitive spirit, determination, resilience, persuasive personality, and a growth mindset while operating with integrity. This is a full-time on-site position; availability may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. High school diploma/GED required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
