to support
two West Valley City properties -the
TownePlace Suites
and the
Hampton Inn West Valley . This dual- role position is perfect for a motivated, organized professional who enjoys creating memorable guest experiences while driving group and event business.

Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Occasional Saturdays as needed for events or group functions
What You'll Do
As a
dual-property Sales & Event Coordinator , you'll manage sales and event activities for both hotels, ensuring seamless execution and outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and execute group bookings and on-site events from start to finish
Set up and break down meeting and event spaces (tables, chairs, room layouts)
Communicate with clients via phone and email to manage event details and rooming lists
Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure events run smoothly and meet brand standards
Create and post social media content to promote events and offerings
Deliver exceptional customer service to encourage repeat and referral business
What We're Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in hotel sales, event coordination, or hospitality marketing
Strong computer skills; experience with
Marriott/FOSSE
and
Hilton/PEP
preferred
Ability to lift and move tables and chairs for meeting setups
Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
Professional communication and guest service skills
Self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude
