Your primary responsibilities will involve coordination and follow-up with clients to ensure a seamless experience. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Support the Sales Manager in booking and actively pursuing new business opportunities. Generate leads through tele-prospecting and researching market trends and events. Assist in developing and maintaining marketing plans and sales budgets. Engage with guests, ensuring they enjoy their experience. Prepare and organize meeting rooms for clients and special events. Coordinate all meeting room details, including set up, catering, and audio-visual needs. Ensure all events are secured with appropriate payment forms. Seek guest feedback to foster loyalty and identify new business opportunities. Follow up with clients after events to encourage future bookings. Maintain and track sales data accurately. Assist Sales Manager and other management personnel as needed. Perform additional duties as assigned. What We Are Looking For: Preferably 1+ year of experience in hotel front desk or sales. Brand experience is preferred but not required. Valid Driver's License. Strong networking and prospecting skills. Open availability. High school diploma or equivalent; some related experience or training desired. Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software. Ability to perform calculations involving discounts, interest, and percentages.
