Your Role: Lead Functional Consultant:

Leverage your extensive NetSuite ERP implementation and optimization expertise to guide project teams. Business Needs Analysis:

Assess client requirements to ensure Oracle NetSuite solutions align with their objectives using best practices and industry knowledge. Problem Resolution:

Tackle complex customer challenges by proposing and implementing effective solutions. Collaborate for Success:

Work closely with the customer success team to quickly identify needs, create innovative plans, and implement solutions that exceed expectations. Passion for Technology:

Utilize your analytical and problem-solving skills to assist clients in enhancing their operational efficiency. Facilitate Workshops:

Conduct functional requirements-gathering sessions and solution workshops. Effective Communication:

Engage with clients confidently, showcasing strong presentation skills. Additional Responsibilities: Lead optimization efforts to deliver top-notch solutions within set timelines. Guide and mentor client teams while influencing leadership on pivotal decisions. Manage clients in post-go-live environments effectively. Oversee the delivery of NetSuite application functionalities. Collaborate with technical and performance experts for optimal customer outcomes. Prioritize exceptional client satisfaction and loyalty, managing multiple clients and maintaining high standards under pressure. Successful applicants should possess strong business analysis skills and experience in gathering customer requirements. Familiarity with NetSuite and an understanding of accounting principles will be advantageous. Excellent interpersonal skills are crucial in this role. Location and Travel:

This position is based in the United States, with a travel requirement of up to 25%. Compensation: The compensation range for this role is from $25.48 to $60.63 per hour, translating to an annual salary range of $53,000 to $126,100.
