Your responsibilities will include:
Partnering with clients to identify and resolve critical operational gaps.
Assessing and testing client business processes and IT controls, pinpointing risks, and proposing enhancements.
Designing solutions for intricate business requirements while collaborating with our skilled Technical Services team.
Utilizing your knowledge of IT trends and systems to strengthen security and manage risks, while optimizing business processes.
Researching tax issues and implementing effective tax functionalities for remittances.
Defining functional requirements for integration testing with the Technical Services team.
Customizing financial reports to facilitate strategic decision-making and improve understanding.
Conducting general ledger account analyses, including reconciliations and bank statement management.
Performing quality reviews of team deliverables to ensure top-notch results.
Continuously upgrading your product knowledge and pursuing relevant certifications.
Collaborating with various ACS teams to enhance service delivery for our customers.
Adhering to internal processes to guarantee customer satisfaction.
What We Seek:
5-7 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a consulting role.
Prior experience with NetSuite or similar cloud-based ERP solutions is highly valued.
Knowledge of Planning and Budgeting (EPM) is a plus.
A proven track record of consistent performance and achievement.
Strong leadership and initiative capabilities.
Ability to adapt to diverse client needs across various sectors.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that promote team collaboration.
Proven time management skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
Strong analytical problem-solving skills to identify challenges and implement effective solutions.
Willingness to travel as necessary.
