Your role will involve greeting customers, offering concierge and valet services, and educating them about their vehicle upgrade options. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth transition from service to sales, helping our customers make informed decisions about their vehicles. Key Responsibilities: Customer Interaction:
Greet service drive customers warmly and provide them with options for selling or trading their vehicles. Use flyers, phone calls, and internet communication to present these options effectively. Vehicle Appraisal:
Offer fair and accurate appraisals of vehicles for trade or sale, ensuring a smooth and transparent process for customers. Follow-Up:
Reach out to customers via phone or internet who could not be met personally, ensuring that all potential opportunities are explored. Enhance Customer Experience:
