Industry Management Consulting Type Non-Profit Founded 2001 Employees 201-500 About the Role As the Senior Talent Strategist (STS), you will play a critical role in driving the organization's growth and change initiatives. Reporting directly to the CEO, your strategic leadership will encompass Human Resources, Workforce Planning, Coaching, and Culture, as well as Internal Communications. We are seeking an innovative and collaborative leader capable of aligning our talent strategies with our mission of supporting students through various scholarship programs. Your key responsibilities will include: Developing and executing a workforce planning model that aligns headcount, skills, and organizational structure with our growth objectives. Creating a comprehensive performance and talent review framework focused on leadership assessment, development planning, and succession visibility. Revamping onboarding and reboarding processes to enhance understanding of our mission and value chain. Designing a Learning and Development strategy to introduce innovative programs enhancing leadership capabilities and functional excellence across the organization. Enhancing employee communication and modernizing the intranet experience to ensure clarity, transparency, and alignment within our remote workforce. Leading and nurturing HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Culture, and Employee Communications teams by setting clear goals and standards. Partnering with the C-Suite to integrate talent strategies into financial planning, systems design, and organizational priorities. Advising the CEO and senior leadership on organizational culture, health, and talent decisions, while ensuring high standards in employee relations, compliance, and policy stewardship. Ideal Candidate: Minimum 15 years of leadership experience in talent management, covering hiring, onboarding, performance tracking, and contractor management. SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) certification is required. Proven track record in scaling organizations through periods of rapid growth, with a focus on driving cultural and operational change. Ability to navigate complex and high-pressure organizational situations effectively. Strong strategic leadership capabilities alongside expertise in policy development. Minimum 7 years of experience in nonprofit organizations, particularly those supporting diverse socio-economic populations. Background in fast-paced, process-critical sectors such as banking or retail is advantageous. A genuine commitment to the mission and values of the organization. This position offers remote work opportunities focused on East Coast hours.
