About the role-
We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the technical design and architecture for a multi-country Trade Promotion Management (TPM) implementation.
Your role-
Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the technical design and architecture for a multi-country Trade Promotion Management (TPM) implementation.
This role will partner closely with the Program Manager and business stakeholders to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
The ideal candidate has deep Salesforce expertise, strong integration experience, and a proven track record in designing complex, global TPM solutions for the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry
Your skills and experience
Salesforce Expertise: 8+ years of Salesforce experience, including at least 3 years as a Technical Architect on large-scale programs.
TPM Solution Knowledge: Hands-on experience with Salesforce Trade Promotion Management or similar trade promotion solutions.
Technical Design Leadership: Ability to define end-to-end architecture, including data models, integrations, and security framework
Integration Experience: Strong knowledge of middleware, APIs, and integration patterns for connecting Salesforce with ERP and other enterprise systems.
Performance & Scalability: Expertise in designing solutions for high-volume transactions and multi-country deployments.
Governance & Best Practices: Deep understanding of Salesforce development standards, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Ability to work closely with business, functional, and technical teams to translate requirements into robust designs.
CPG Industry Experience (Preferred): Familiarity with trade promotion processes, pricing, and analytics.
Certifications: Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or equivalent advanced certifications preferred.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $86,900 - $203,800
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.
It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
