We're seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Integrated Media Planning Specialist to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing full-funnel advertising programs, driving strategy across digital media channels including CTV, OLV, Social, Digital Partnerships, Audio, and OOH. Your ability to think strategically and stay ahead of the latest industry trends will be key in helping us hit our marketing objectives.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams (internal and external) to ensure that each campaign is aligned with our brand goals and optimized for success.

Your Impact
Participate in seasonal brand briefing and extract focus areas for Paid Media campaigns.
Assist VS & PINK Integrated Media Planning Manager by driving full-funnel media planning across Paid Media channels based on data-driven campaign learnings.
Participate in cross-channel discussions during seasonal campaign planning.
Own plan summary compilation across teams and lead actualization of those plans.
Assist with analysis of market data and insights to inform media planning.
Collaborate closely with internal channel teams, including CTV, OLV, Social, Programmatic, Digital Partnerships, Audio, OOH, Paid Search and Affiliate during tactical media planning.
Support media campaign measurement including ingoing inputs for setup, monitoring performance in flight, and compiling actionable insights for future campaigns.
Stay current on marketing and media trends and partners, as well as channel and platform best practices, to inform campaign planning and identify high ROI opportunities.
