Blue Horizon Sailing

is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Sunset Park, Brooklyn, dedicated to creating equitable access to the waterfront through community sailing, youth education, and workforce development. We’re seeking a creative volunteer to help strengthen our online presence. You’ll maintain and improve our website, develop a social media strategy (focused on Instagram), and create engaging content that shares our story and impact. Responsibilities: Update and maintain our website (WordPress or similar) Design or refine pages for clarity and accessibility Develop and manage a social media strategy to grow our reach Create posts, images, and short videos highlighting our programs and community Track engagement and suggest improvements Skills: Website or social media experience (especially Instagram), Good visual sense, Writing or design creativity, Self-motivated. Commitment:

3–5 hours per week,

fully remote
