As a Senior Client Consultant, you will independently manage large and complex client accounts, spearheading the design and execution of innovative risk strategies. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee large or complex client accounts, coordinating with cross-functional teams to establish effective strategies and go-to-market plans.
Understand clients' strategic priorities and risk management needs, providing expert advice and innovative solutions.
Leverage deep risk expertise and insurance market knowledge to analyze exposures and develop customized solutions for complex client needs.
Collaborate with Placement, Advisory Leaders, and Client Executives to develop and execute renewal and placement strategies.
Present tailored proposals to prospective clients, identifying new product opportunities that support business growth.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high-quality deliverables and serving as an expert in problem-solving and coverage.
Qualifications:
Substantial experience in insurance, brokerage, or risk advisory roles with a focus on complex commercial clients and multi-line programs.
Proven success in leading teams, mentoring colleagues, and managing performance in a client-focused environment.
Advanced knowledge of risk management principles, insurance products, and market dynamics with experience in renewal and placement strategy execution.
Exceptional communication and relationship management skills, with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders and influence decision-making.

Demonstrated success as a senior advisor on complex multi-line risk programs, including presentations to executive-level stakeholders.

The base salary range for this position is $154,200 to $328,400, depending on qualifications. This role may also include performance-based incentives and a comprehensive total rewards package, including health and welfare benefits, tuition assistance, and retirement programs.
