Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:
Efficiently select and gather items for online orders with a keen focus on quality and freshness.
Assemble customer orders, process payments, and assist in loading orders into customer vehicles during pick-up.
Communicate any substitutions or order exceptions with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in staging areas, ensuring that all equipment is well-kept.
Consistently adhere to safety and food handling guidelines.
Utilize a portable communication device effectively to connect with customers.
Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure order accuracy before loading.
Support the training of new team members and foster an encouraging team atmosphere.
Address and report any discrepancies related to items or pricing to management.
Exhibit respect, honesty, and integrity in all interactions with customers and team members.
Qualifications
Minimum Position Qualifications:
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic math skills for handling transactions.
Ability to read shelf tags and follow written instructions accurately.
Desired Previous Experience:
Experience in roles such as personal shopper, retail, grocery, or warehouse environments.
Prior experience as a cashier is a plus.
