Mortgage Processor join SolomonEdwards, a nationwide mortgage lender, to review daily loan applications ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Perform complex data and document validation
- Troubleshoot third?party orders (title, appraisal, hazard, flood cert, credit, etc.)
- Handle more complex calls, emails, or chat sessions
- Complete appraisal eligibility tasks
- Evaluate loan applications for compliance with product guidelines
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned
- Demonstrate behaviors aligned with the organizations desired culture and values
Qualifications
- Associates degree or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred
- General understanding of applicable Federal, State, and Local regulations
