Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Escrow Assistant to support our escrow team in delivering smooth and efficient real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of escrow processes. This role requires a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist Escrow Officer with opening, processing, and closing escrow files
- Prepare and review escrow documents, including settlement statements and title commitments
- Coordinate with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and other parties to gather necessary documentation
- Handle data entry and maintain accurate records in escrow management systems
- Monitor transaction timelines and follow up on outstanding items
- Perform title searches and request payoff statements
- Assist with funding and disbursement of escrow funds
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Support the team with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and document preparation
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in escrow, title, or real estate transactions preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with escrow software systems is a plus
