Overview

CRO Strategist to join our growing Digital Marketing team. This is a hybrid role where you'll work with analytics, UX, and client teams to improve website performance, increase conversions, and create actionable optimization strategies. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience in digital analytics, CRO, UX, or digital marketing and is excited to grow into a full-funnel strategist with hands-on training and mentorship.

Responsibilities

  • Review analytics dashboards to identify sitewide user behavior trends and funnel performance gaps.
  • Analyze heatmaps, click maps, scroll maps, and session recordings to uncover opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with clients to share insights, validate priorities, and discuss optimization recommendations (training and support provided).
  • Assist in creating CRO strategies, including A/B test ideas, UX recommendations, and copy/layout suggestions.
  • Collaborate with UX, design, and development teams to ensure recommendations are feasible and implemented accurately.
  • Draft A/B test briefs with variant details, metrics, and audience targeting.
  • Help QA tests and track test results, providing performance insights and recommendations for next steps.
  • Build optimization roadmaps, prioritizing opportunities based on impact and level of effort.
  • Stay up to date on digital marketing and CRO trends.

Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in digital analytics, CRO, UX, or digital marketing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with analytics, UX, design, and development teams.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
