Responsibilities
- Organize and prioritize daily information flow, communication, and general follow-up.
- Act as primary gatekeeper: liaise with clients, internal executives, and external contacts for seamless communication.
- Manage and prioritize executive calendars using Microsoft Outlook, schedule meetings, and coordinate high-volume changing priorities with minimal supervision.
- Plan and coordinate business travel arrangements, including documentation, itineraries, and expense reporting.
- Take accurate messages from phone, email or verbal instructions and prepare correspondence; some may be confidential.
- Coordinate IT issues, arrange help desk support, and manage systems?related matters.
- Set up new or transfer hires to ensure all systems and applications are operational; assist with off?boarding logistics.
- Organize team events and assist in team communication under guidance.
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
- Manage supply inventory and ordering.
- Ensure executive distribution and contact lists are up?to?date.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior?level management across departments.
- Skilled in managing complex calendars and coordinating domestic and international travel.
- Self?starter with high initiative, proactive and self?disciplined.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, OneNote, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, detail oriented.
- Maintains discretion and professional demeanor under pressure.
- Strategic thinker, keeping executives on track.
- Technically savvy for problem?solving.
Salary & Benefits
For positions based in New?York,?NY, the base salary range is $43,000$74,000 and the role is eligible for a bonus in accordance with the applicable incentive plan.
