Job Responsibilities
- Manage the loan portfolio through reports: insurance certificates, property taxes, loan payments, first mortgage loan terms, tax returns, job creation, and any other loan authorization requirement.
- Follow up and request revisions until documents are perfected.
- Spread tax returns and risk rate using current tax returns and financials.
Qualifications
- Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-moving work environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
