Overview
Location: On site in Houston, TX, Nashville, TN, or Memphis, TN
Responsibilities
- Understand the core business for each product we support
- Partner effectively with product owners and engage in product strategy with them
- Identify how each business generates value for customers and the Bank
- Ownership mindset - knows where the value is, identify and confirm through data and make recommendations to the owners
- Lead core analytics and reporting, which comprises of monthly, quarterly and annual performance reporting for each Product business.
- Support our retail business through always on, real-time CRM analytics
- Partner with data scientists to build predictive analytical models that deliver outsized growth in our products businesses
- Evangelize data and analytics across the marketing organization
