Millimans CRM program is integral to the continued growth of the firm. We are seeking a tech?savvy, data?driven professional to join our CRM team as a CRM Specialist. This individual will act as the primary point?of?contact for ensuring accurate client data hygiene, managing ongoing data maintenance tasks, and performing analysis and identifying areas for improvement.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Data maintenance and analysis

Manage the quality and transfer of source data to CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics)
Monitor data hygiene and perform data audits and analysis. Identify opportunities to implement processes to improve data quality
Responsible for data maintenance tasks
Collaborate with marketing team to identify and build customer data segments for marketing campaigns and analytics using CRM queries

User and system support

Triage user support requests, resolve where possible and work in partnership with other team members when necessary
Help maintain training material and user documentation
Manage new user onboarding including license set up and leading introductory training
Support analysis of system modifications. Document requirements, support development of test plans, execute test scenarios, and track results

Analytics & reporting

Participates in marketing planning and status meetings and reports regular work status and performance analysis
Identifies reporting needs, documents requirements and monitors data for valuable trends and insights on behavior and preferences
Documents business rules, segmentation strategies and campaign workflows

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

Bachelors degree
Minimum 1 year of experience with database marketing projects and analysis

Marketing & Events Specialist

Salary: $55,000 - 65,000 annually + MyShare Equity Program

The Marketing & Events Specialist owns and leads RJW's internal marketing and employee engagement programs, as well as the company's events and sponsorship strategy. This role is responsible for developing and executing high-impact initiatives that support company culture, employee programs, brand visibility, and strategic growth objectives. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, the Marketing & Events Specialist is accountable for outcomes, timelines, budgets, and program performance, and serves as the primary point of ownership for internal communications programs and event-related initiatives across the organization. Exercises independent judgment and discretion in determining internal communications, events, and sponsorship priorities without routine Director approval, within established business objectives. Authorized to approve program expenditures and vendor engagements within an approved budget.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Internal Marketing & Employee Engagement

Own the strategy, planning, and execution of internal marketing and employee engagement programs, including ongoing initiatives and major company-wide communications.
Develop comprehensive internal communication strategies that align with organizational priorities, leadership messaging, and RJW's brand standards.
Determine content, timelines, and distribution across internal channels to maximize employee awareness and participation.
Make final determinations regarding internal communication approaches, messaging priorities, and program sequencing within established organizational guidelines.
Support cross-functional collaboration with HR, leadership, and other internal teams to execute campaigns effectively.

Events & Sponsorships

Own RJW's event and sponsorship portfolio, including strategy, selection, execution, and post-event evaluation.
Lead all aspects of event planning and execution for hosted events, trade shows, and sponsored engagements, with full accountability for timelines, deliverables, and results.
Selects vendors and sponsorship partners and negotiates scope of services within approved financial parameters.

Additional Responsibilities

Oversee tracking and analysis of marketing performance metrics related to internal campaigns, events, and sponsorships to measure effectiveness and inform strategic decisions.
Evaluates financial performance, return on investment, and organizational impact when determining whether to modify, expand, or discontinue programs.
Provide direction and guidance for GEO-related initiatives and ensure alignment with broader marketing strategies.
Oversee creative asset needs related to internal marketing and events, coordinating with internal resources and external vendors to ensure quality and brand consistency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
2+ years of relevant marketing, communications, or event-related experience.
Demonstrated ability to operate independently and make decisions that impact program direction and resource allocation.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
