will have a primary responsibility of executing a process which involves prospecting, appraising, and presenting offers to current vehicle owners with the goal of purchasing their vehicles from multiple sources for resale.\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nResponsible for calling, following up and schedulingappointments for customers to come in andappraise and purchase their used vehicles.\nUtilize CRM for prospecting and lead generation.\nInterfacewith current used vehicle owners from appointments set and dealership service drive with the purpose of purchasing their vehicle.\nApproach,greet, and engagewith dealership customers to appraise and offer to purchase their current vehicles.\nAppraise used vehicles by asking questions, taking pictures of the vehicles, and inputting vehicle data into Sonic's automated inventory management system.\nWork with Sales Managers to build and propose an offer to seller.\nIntroduces guest to sales department personnel to sell them a new vehicle after purchase of their existing vehicle.\nReview monthly goals with managementon vehicles purchased to better utilize time and plans more effectively.\nDemonstrated success in telemarketing, appointment setting, or sales roles, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.\nStrong ability to engage with customers effectively, build rapport, and address their needs and concerns professionally.\nExcellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive and articulate demeanor over the phone.\nAbility to handle rejection positively and persistently pursue leads, maintaining a positive attitude throughout.\nComfortable using CRM software, productivity tools, and other technology platforms to manage leads and track progress.\nValid driver’s license with a clean driving record.\nMust be authorized to work in the USA.\nMust be willing to undergo pre-employment compliance requirements: Drug testing, background check, MVR.\nSalary Range:\n$75,000 -100,000 per year\nSchedule:\nFULL TIME\n5days a week / 2 days off\nWeekend availability required\n401k plan with company match\nPaid Time Off accrual\nClosed for Thanksgiving day and Christmas day\nEmployee discounts on purchasing and leasing cars\nOpportunities for career advancement within a Fortune 500 company\nAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEOC guidelines
