The Position:

The primary role of a Consultant/Senior Consultant is to support engagements by managing the research and fact‑gathering process, analyzing and synthesizing findings, and developing deliverables for clients. Consultants/Senior Consultants serve as a coach and mentor to small teams of junior consultants on each project. Consultants/Senior Consultants work across practices as generalists and will be staffed on projects that vary in industry, scope, length, and location.

As a Consultant/Senior Consultant, you will:

Successfully work on complex projects (i.e., multiple markets, expansive scope on nuanced subject matter) from start to finish and/or multiple engagements concurrently
Manage complex work streams from start to finish and/or entire projects with low complexity (e.g., refresh of prior engagement, minimal project scope)
Proactively support more junior team members in utilizing research methods, executing the research plan, and troubleshooting potential challenges
Create a successful research plan, including distillation of key SOW elements, to ensure depth and breadth of research to answer key client questions
Distill novel and actionable insights and elevate them into high value, well‑substantiated conclusions
Develop clear and actionable frameworks / models; using these to tell a compelling story with a strategic structure
Successfully utilize qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques with minimal supervision
Edit own and junior team members’ work to ensure deliverables submitted to Managers require minimal revisions and avoid \"unforced errors\"
Develop compelling storyboards (e.g., slide templates for an entire deliverable or major section of analysis) that are logical, to-the-point, and support the client narrative
Serve as a mentor and coach to small teams of junior consultants; this includes supporting Associate Consultants in research plan execution
Act as a direct resource for clients throughout the engagement by facilitating and leading portions of client meetings, depending on project needs
Use qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques and robust problem‑solving approaches to distill research into actionable conclusions
Effectively communicate our conclusions directly to clients through the creation of creative and impactful presentations
Be supported by an unparalleled group of peers and leaders throughout each engagement

Requirements:

2 – 4+ years of strategy management consulting or other relevant management consulting work experience
B.S./B.A. degree from a 4‑year accredited college or university in any discipline
Demonstrated success in gathering primary and secondary research in a professional service environment
Track record in analyzing and synthesizing data, and communicating accurate, logical, and actionable conclusions in a professional service environment
Demonstrated experience leading workstreams and small research teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong business writing competencies
Ability to think creatively and strategically while maintaining a sharp focus on details and execution
Demonstrated experience exercising critical thinking and problem‑solving skills
Foreign language skills preferred, but not required
Advanced MS Office computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Senior Consultant (Boston, San Francisco, Seattle, or Washington, D.C.)

Senior Consultants are integral members of our consulting team and work on client projects across a variety of issues including: economic development, education, global development, global health, and community development. Senior Consultants start as individual contributors in a case team member role and work toward becoming a case team leader over time during the course of their tenure as a Senior Consultant.

FSG is offering start dates in early 2020 to all accepted candidates, as well as late summer / early fall 2020 to those currently completing graduate programs.

Responsibilities:

You would spend the majority of your time on client projects. You would have the opportunity to work across FSGs different approaches, areas of focus, and client segments.

Serve on client projects as a team member

Conduct and synthesize research in an accurate, thorough, and timely manner and develop and adapt research plans as needed
Design surveys and interview guides that are efficient, effective, and appropriate given relevant cultural and power dynamics; facilitate interviews with clients and stakeholders
Lead rigorous and accurate qualitative and quantitative analysis
Translate findings into creative, data-based insights and client recommendations
Communicate perspectives and ideas to team members, clients, and additional stakeholders in clear, concise, and compelling ways
Collaborate with team members by giving and receiving feedback; provide coaching and mentorship to teammates as needed
When needed, assist with project logistics and coordination

Contribute to other aspects of the firms development

Support the creation of articles, publications, and blog posts through research, writing, and editing
Assist with research and proposal writing for business development efforts as needed
Contribute to FSGs culture including creating an inclusive work environment

Requirements:

4 7 years of strategy consulting or similarly relevant work experience (e.g., conducting research and data analysis to develop structured and compelling strategic recommendations and facilitating conversations with clients and stakeholders)
Graduate degree or final year graduate student (e.g., MBA, MPA, MPH, MPP, or other relevant degree) preferred; demonstration of analytical and quantitative coursework
Extensive experience with primary and secondary research; experience gathering data including perspectives of people more directly impacted by a particular social issue
Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with demonstrated ability to translate findings into clear and meaningful recommendations; experience considering how solutions may impact a range of stakeholders, including commonly marginalized communities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail; ability to convey a point of view in a concise and structured way; inclusive and culturally appropriate presentation and group facilitation experience
Passion for social change, and clear interest in working in the social sector

Position:Senior Consultant positions are available in FSGs Boston, San Francisco, Seattle and Washington, D.C. offices. This is a full-time role. OmniTek Consulting is seeking a Senior Consultant Material Review (Marketing Operations) to manage and support the end-to-end review and approval of U.S. Commercial external communications and public relations (PR) materials for pharmaceutical clients.

This role works closely with an external communications and PR agency to manage the movement of external-facing materials through the Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review process. The Senior Consultant serves as a central coordination point across Medical, Legal, Regulatory, Compliance, Commercial teams, and agency partnersensuring materials are reviewed efficiently, compliantly, and with appropriate documentation, notation, and citation in alignment with regulatory and internal standards.

This role also evaluates existing SOPs and workflows, identifies opportunities to streamline and automate processes, and leverages project management tools to improve visibility, efficiency, and consistency of MLR operations.

Position Responsibilities

Material Review & Cross?Functional Coordination

Facilitate cross?functional MLR review and approval of external communications and public relations materials
Ensure all materials submitted for MLR review include accurate, complete, and compliant documentation, including proper notation, version control, reference citations, and claim substantiation. Validate that supporting evidence is correctly linked and formatted in accordance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and MLR standards prior to and throughout the review lifecycle.
Work with external communications and PR staff to manage workflows, timelines, and submission readiness for materials entering the MLR process.
Serve as the primary point of contact between Medical, Regulatory, Legal, Compliance, Commercial teams, and external agency partners.
Review existing MLR operating procedures (SOPs) and end?to?end workflows to identify gaps, redundancies, and opportunities to streamline review cycles while maintaining regulatory compliance.
Partner with cross?functional stakeholders to recommend and implement process improvements, including clearer intake criteria, standardized templates, and optimized review sequencing.

Project & Workflow Management

Manage workflows and timelines for materials progressing through the U.S. Commercial Material Review Process (MRP).
Provide tactical project management support to ensure adherence to review milestones and deadlines.
Coordinate and communicate material status, feedback, and required updates with internal stakeholders and agencies.
Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies impacting review timelines.
Act as a neutral, client?facing meeting facilitator to drive alignment across Medical, Legal, Regulatory, Marketing, and Agency partners, surfacing risks, dependencies, and decision points in real time.
Capture meeting outcomes, approvals, action items, and required revisions; translate discussions into clear next steps and ownership.

Track submission dates, review cycles, feedback status, approvals, expiration dates, and version control to ensure compliance and audit readiness.
Identify process inefficiencies and recommend operational improvements to enhance speed, quality, and compliance of the MLR review process.
Advise on and support the adoption of project management tools, trackers, and workflow automation (e.g., intake forms, status dashboards, notifications) to improve visibility, reduce manual effort, and minimize review delays.

Documentation, Compliance & Quality Control

Ensure materials are submitted with accurate and complete documentation, including proper notation, versioning, and citation of claims and references.
Validate that supporting documentation aligns with MLR requirements and internal policies.
Ensure consistent and compliant use of material review systems such as Veeva PromoMats or similar platforms.

Systems, Training & Process Support

Support and train agency partners and internal stakeholders responsible for uploading, reviewing, and approving materials within MRP systems.
Provide guidance on MLR expectations, documentation standards, and system best practices.
Adapt quickly to evolving systems, workflows, regulatory guidance, and compliance requirements.
Support data tracking, reporting, and performance measurement related to material review cycle times, throughput, and quality.
Identify process improvement opportunities and apply lessons learned to enhance efficiency, consistency, and compliance across the review process.
Contribute to standard operating procedures (SOPs), job aids, and process documentation as needed.

ProSidian Seeks a Senior Consultant | Financial Professional in CONUS - Washington, DC 2021 (Plus Work Remotely) to support an engagement for a branch of the federal government that prints all paper currency and mints all coins, collects all federal taxes, managed U.S. government debt instruments, licenses and supervises banks and institutions, and advises the legislative and executive branches on matters of fiscal policy. The Treasury Office for Asset Forfeiture (TEOAF) is a subset agency of the U.S. Department of the Treasury responsible for administering the Treasury Forfeiture Fund (TFF), the receipt account for the deposit of non-tax forfeitures made by member agencies.

The ProSidian Engagement Team Members work to provide a variety of support services to the Treasury Executive Office for Asset Forfeiture (TEOAF) including, but not limited to, Financial Management and Operations, Strategic Planning and Analysis, Auditing Services, General and Real Property Support, and Compliance and Risk Management Support.

Senior Consultant | Financial Professional Candidates shall work to support requirements for Program Support and Provide financial, strategic, analytical, investigative, and operational support to TEOAF and its TFF Programs.

The Senior Consultant | Financial Professional shall work as part of the contract team providing a variety of financial services to include financial management, strategic planning and analysis support, audit support, compliance review and risk management, financial technical assistance, and contract review. The ideal candidate will work with other Team members to provide deliverables and reports in a timely manner to the client, and provide ad-hoc support across TFF programs and TEOAF offices.

Qualifications

The Senior Consultant | Financial Professional - Human Capital shall have consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities within the past five (5) years, Must be able to use a computer to communicate via email; and proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word/Excel/Power point) and related tools and technology required for the position. Work products shall be thorough, accurate, appropriately documented, and comply with established criteria. The candidate shall ensure that duties are performed in a competent and professional manner that meets milestones/delivery schedules as outlined.

Financial Professional with at least ten (10) years of relevant experience, functional and technical, in the following subject areas:

Asset forfeiture
Performance assessment
Financial management and planning
Federal and/or state level prosecutorial support

The ideal candidate must also have a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience, managerial, functional and technical, in the following subject areas:

Operations improvement
Program management
Risk management and compliance

Technical experience specific to the field of asset forfeiture must include the following:

Experience with complex financial investigations
Analysis of financial records
Supporting federal and/or state level prosecutions
Preparing reports and complex reviews of financial data
Forensic accounting
A high degree of familiarity with federal forfeiture statutes, trends and policies dealing with asset forfeiture, auditing and analysis of processes, procedures and compliance, risk management, inventory testing and record keeping and invoicing and payments.

Candidates may have additional experience to include subject matter expertise in the bank secrecy act and its anti-money laundering regulation requirements and software utilized by the banking industry. Successful candidates must also demonstrate experience with independent performance of required work assignments, process mapping and workflow documentation, work plan development, system requirements analysis; evidence of effective communication skills, broad software skills and the ability to execute high level written communications and documentation.
