The Account Executive plays a critical role in delivering an outstanding customer experience while driving revenue growth through consultative selling. This position focuses on identifying customer needs, clearly communicating the value of exterior home services, and converting qualified leads into closed sales. The Account Executive is responsible for building lasting customer relationships, effectively managing a robust sales pipeline, and consistently achieving performance and customer satisfaction goals.

Key Responsibilities

Utilize a consultative sales approach to assess customer needs and recommend tailored exterior home service solutions

Educate customers on available products, services, and industry best practices

Maintain a professional, customer-first mindset in all interactions

Manage inbound and outbound calls with prospective customers

Effectively overcome objections by articulating value, benefits, and service differentiation

Develop, manage, and maintain a healthy and sustainable sales pipeline

Convert qualified leads into closed sales using proven sales methodologies

Apply active listening techniques to uncover additional sales opportunities

Build rapport and foster long-term customer relationships

Maintain high customer satisfaction scores and service quality standards

Participate in ongoing training, coaching sessions, and performance reviews

Accurately document customer interactions and sales activity in company systems

Perform additional duties as assigned

Required Experience & Qualifications

Minimum of 2+ years of sales experience

Inside sales or call center experience preferred

Demonstrated consultative selling and closing expertise

Strong persuasion and negotiation skills

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Ability to influence purchasing decisions while maintaining professionalism

Proficient computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
