
We are a growing children’s apparel company working across multiple brands and retail channels. We are seeking a motivated
Junior Sales Account Manager
with hands‑on wholesale experience to manage existing accounts as well as opening new accounts to help drive continued growth.
This role is ideal for someone who already understands the apparel sales cycle, is comfortable working directly with buyers, and is ready to take greater ownership of accounts while continuing to develop their career.
Spanish Speaking is a big plus!!!
Key Responsibilities
Manage, grow and open a portfolio of wholesale accounts
Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and merchandising teams and report back to Vice President of sales.
Quarterly review of accounts to ensure growth across all categories within the business
Present seasonal assortments, new categories, and sales programs
Identify opportunities to increase volume, expand classifications, and improve margins
Track orders, reorders, pricing, and delivery timelines
Partner cross‑functionally with design, production, and operations
Attend market appointments and travel to customer offices as needed
Qualifications
1‑3 years of wholesale sales experience in
children’s apparel, apparel, or related categories
Proven ability to manage accounts and drive repeat business
Strong presentation, negotiation, and follow‑up skills
Organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented
Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a growing team
