Senior Director of Product Management , you will set the product vision, define the roadmap, and lead cross‑functional execution for an intelligent software platform that enables data‑driven enrollment success for colleges and universities. You’ll translate our value proposition, proprietary insights, and strategic priorities into a cohesive, high‑impact, must‑have product experience for partners navigating a rapidly evolving higher‑education landscape. Key Responsibilities

Product Vision & Leadership

Partner with senior leadership to define and champion the long‑term product vision. Translate company strategy, partner needs, data insights, and market opportunities into a clear product roadmap that inspires and instills confidence across the organization and market. Identify competitive differentiators, unmet needs, and other opportunities for innovation. Work with other product leaders to ensure seamless integration across the full product portfolio. Platform Experience & Execution

Manage and communicate priorities through an ambitious roadmap aligned to company OKRs. Lead discovery efforts and feedback loops to ensure we’re building what users truly need. Lead Agile planning and execution cycles with clear requirements and backlog prioritization. Leverage advanced technologies to enhance and evolve the MARKETview value proposition. Cross‑Functional Leadership & Alignment

Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, and Business Intelligence teams to balance usability, performance, security, and speed. Partner with Client Success, Business Development, and Marketing teams on understanding and prioritizing business and market opportunities, release planning, and go‑to‑market coordination. Align product evolution with the needs of internal teams to amplify strategic value and scale impact. Measurement & Outcomes

Contribute to Company and Cross‑functional Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) related to new business, renewals, and relationship expansion through continuous product innovation. Establish and manage key performance metrics including logins, client health scores, and usage of critical reports, features, and functions. Minimum Requirements

7+ years of product management experience with proven success owning product vision and roadmaps for high‑value enterprise or Business‑to‑Business products. Passion for customer discovery, usability, measurement, and continuous improvement. Experience leading cross‑functional teams in fast‑moving environments. Comfortable managing Agile methodologies, bi‑weekly sprints, and roadmap frameworks. Strong problem‑solver with a talent for simplifying complex workflows and turning data into intuitive user experiences. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead collaborative teams and partner input to clear direction and decisions. Preferred Qualifications

Experience in higher‑education technology or adjacent domains. Background scaling data products, intelligence platforms, or decision‑support systems. Ability to translate complex systems into intuitive user experiences. Product leadership experience across multi‑product environments.
