About the Role Two Ocean Education Partners, a MARKETview company, is seeking an experienced Senior Campaign Manager to join our Digital Marketing Campaign Management team. This role is ideal for a seasoned campaign professional who thrives in executional excellence, brings a strategic mindset to campaign operations, and enjoys mentoring others while driving measurable results.

As a Senior Campaign Manager, you will lead the execution and optimization of complex, multi-channel digital marketing campaigns for our college and university partners. You’ll serve as a trusted operational partner to account management, project management, and analytics teams, translating data-driven strategies into scalable, high-impact campaigns that support student recruitment and enrollment goals.

This is a full-time, in office role in our office in Richmond, VA.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning, build, and execution of high-volume email, SMS, and digital marketing campaigns across multiple clients, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and consistency.

Own end-to-end campaign execution, including calendar planning, campaign setup, scheduling, testing, QA, and deployment.

Execute and optimize data-buy strategies with major test-based audience list providers (e.g., The College Board, Encoura), ensuring alignment with campaign objectives.

Assist the Digital Strategy team in planning, building, and executing paid digital content via Meta Ad Manager.

Serve as a subject-matter expert for marketing automation, owning scalable workflows while driving continuous improvements to documentation, standards, and operational best practices.

Apply and uphold data quality, compliance, and deliverability standards across all campaigns.

Monitor campaign performance and email deliverability, proactively identifying risks, insights, and optimization opportunities.

Partner with internal teams to troubleshoot issues, refine processes, and improve campaign outcomes.

Mentor and provide guidance to junior campaign team members, supporting skill development and consistency in execution.

Contribute strategic input to the Two Ocean Education Partners’ product roadmap and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

3–5 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing campaign execution, marketing operations, or campaign management.

Proven ability to manage multiple complex campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Advanced experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and/or email service providers.

Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend improvements.

Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a cross‑functional team environment.

Comfort working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven setting.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

Experienced user of Excel, Monday.com & Meta Ad Manager.

Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, deliverability best practices, and campaign analytics.

Experience in higher education marketing, client services, or agency environments.

Experience mentoring or leading junior team members.

Familiarity with compliance requirements related to data privacy and digital communications.
