Role Description The Parts Counter Representative is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Atlanta, GA. Responsibilities include assisting customers with their parts inquiries, processing orders, managing inventory, coordinating shipping and receiving, and providing exceptional customer service. The representative will also work collaboratively with other team members and support sales efforts as needed to ensure efficient operations within the parts department.
Qualifications
Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
Basic knowledge and experience in Sales activities
Ability to work in an on‑site role while maintaining a professional and positive attitude
Familiarity with construction equipment parts is a plus
Proficient computer skills and ability to use inventory management software are preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required
