Assistant Vice President / Business Analyst
to join our Modern Workplace Team. This role is pivotal in delivering enterprise-grade process orchestration solutions that enhance transparency, ensure process consistency, and enable scalable growth across the organization.
The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in detailed process analysis, modeling, and technical problem-solving. We are looking for a professional who is fluent in the application of
AI within process-based decision-making
to drive intelligent process automation (IPA).
Key Responsibilities
Process Design & Orchestration
Requirements & Modeling:
Collaborate with business units to capture requirements and model workflows in
Camunda
using
BPMN
standards. Deployment:
Configure and deploy process workflows that align with core business objectives. Optimization:
Maintain and enhance existing processes to ensure peak performance. Data-Driven Insights & AI Integration
Analytics:
Leverage Camunda analytics and processing metrics to identify inefficiencies and recommend strategic improvements. AI Implementation:
Identify and execute opportunities to integrate AI-driven decision-making into standard process workflows. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
Trusted Advisor:
Act as a primary consultant for business partners on process-related needs. Relationship Management:
Foster cross-departmental alignment to ensure high adoption rates for new solutions. Training:
Develop and deliver comprehensive documentation and training programs for new workflows. Project Coordination & Delivery
End-to-End Management:
Lead process orchestration initiatives from initial design through final deployment. Technical Liaison:
Facilitate knowledge transfer and support the development team throughout the build phase. Testing & Launch:
Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), coordinate launch activities, and partner with Change Management teams. Agile Tracking:
Utilize
Azure DevOps
for project tracking, prioritization, and operational transparency. Candidate Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Experience:
7+ years of experience in business or process analysis with a focus on technology enablement (Financial Services experience is highly preferred). Technical Expertise:
Advanced proficiency in process modeling using
BPMN
and orchestration platforms (e.g.,
Camunda, Appian ). AI Knowledge:
Familiarity with AI-driven automation is a significant advantage. SDLC Mastery:
Expert understanding of the software development lifecycle within hybrid teams (internal staff and third-party vendors). Professional Attributes
