CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking highly motivated recent college graduates to join our
Center of Excellence (COE) Sales Training Program —a structured, hands‑on development track designed to launch successful careers in professional sales. This role is ideal for individuals who are energetic, curious, and driven to grow in a fast‑paced, relationship‑focused environment.
As an Entry Level Account Executive, you will be part of our elite COE cohort, learning directly from top‑performing sales leaders while developing the consultative selling skills needed to thrive in a long‑term sales career. This program combines classroom learning, mentorship, and real‑world application to prepare you for an independent sales territory upon graduation from the program.
What You Will Learn & Do During the COE program, you will progressively build core sales competencies, including how to:

Qualifications
BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
2.0 GPA
Strong rapport‑building and relationship‑management abilities, with a comfort in engaging with diverse groups of people
Clear and confident presentation skills
Proficient computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Strong verbal and written communication skills
