About the Catalyst Program Catalyst Sales Trainee Cohort is a
90-day paid sales experience —your opportunity to work alongside real-world professionals and build the foundation for a future in tech sales. You’ll gain hands-on experience, personalized mentorship, and exposure to real client interactions. You’ll make calls, face objections, and be challenged to grow—discovering what you’re truly capable of in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
Top performers can earn a
full-time Sales Associate role
at CSpring with:
Base salary + commission
Uncapped earning potential ($60-80K first year, $100K+ second year)
A clear path to promotion
CSpring can coordinate with your university to provide academic/internship credit in lieu of pay, if required.
