Our client, an accessories company, is looking for an Account Executive to join their beauty team in NYC!

Responsibilities

Manage and grow relationships with existing retail partners while identifying and pursuing new account opportunities.

Lead the sales cycle from outreach through close, including buyer meetings, proposal development, and offer negotiations.

Partner cross-functionally to develop tailored product solutions across personal care, oral care, skincare, and adjacent categories.

Monitor inventory and incoming purchase orders to ensure timely fulfillment and support account needs.

Support day-to-day business operations tied to sales initiatives, reporting, and retailer communications.

Qualifications

3–5+ years of experience in sales, account management, buying, or business development within consumer goods; beauty, personal care, or health categories preferred.

Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive new business and deepen client relationships.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Analytical thinker with a results-oriented approach to meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
