Target earnings of $68.8K+, unlock your earning potential with uncapped commission

What You’ll Be Doing
Owning your territory – walk 3–5 miles daily connecting with homeowners
Knocking doors and closing deals – work in the field from 2 PM to 7 PM
Representing Clearwave Fiber with confidence, energy, and integrity
Educating customers about our ultra-fast fiber internet and helping them make informed decisions
Supporting local growth – participate in community events and weekend outreach (one Saturday per month)
What You’ll Need to Succeed
A self‑starter mindset – you’re motivated and proactive
Strong communication and interpersonal skills – you’re confident, approachable, and a natural connector
Physical stamina – this is an active role, often outdoors
Comfort with mobile tech tools (must have a mobile phone with access to apps for selling in the field)
Reliable transportation to get to and around your territory
Must be 18 or older
No prior sales experience required – we’ll train the right people
