Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role supports customers and the sales team by assisting with orders, product inquiries, issue resolution, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and eager to learn our product line to help drive sales and deliver excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
Develop strong product knowledge to confidently recommend and sell products Assist customers with product questions, order placement, and promotions Support Account Executives with order entry and customer follow-ups Help implement product marketing strategies including showroom promotions, displays, and social media efforts Process quote requests and assist with online customer account setup Monitor and follow up on pending orders weekly -Operations & Administrative Support
Enter and process orders accurately and efficiently Confirm purchase orders Review delivery manifests daily to ensure tickets are signed and billed Scan and upload delivery tickets and invoices daily Resolve discrepancies, complete credit sheets, and communicate inventory adjustments Handle driver calls regarding refused or damaged product and notify Warehouse Manager Close out cash drawer daily and notify accounting of trucks ready for billing Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as needed Requirements & Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills Must take initiative, be self-directed and have good time management skills Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) suite with Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills Customer Service and detail-oriented mind set Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Team player (works well with others) Filing delivery tickets. Responsible for PO confirmations and making sure they match with the PO’s quantities and dollar amounts.
