Sapphire Recruitment is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for a hybrid position based in Syracuse, NY.
What you will do
Identify and research target companies and key decision makers using a variety of online tools Drive outbound outreach to build and qualify a strong pipeline Set high quality meetings and manage follow-up to ensure strong attendance Maintain accurate CRM activity and prospect records Collaborate with the sales team to improve messaging targeting and results Meet or exceed weekly and monthly activity and meeting goals What we are looking for
1-2+ years of experience in sales, lead generation, or appointment setting Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Comfortable with outbound outreach and handling objections professionally Self-motivated with a growth mindset and eagerness to learn Compensation and growth
