Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing case updates.
Coordinate the client intake process, including documentation collection and execution.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and ensure compliance with confidentiality regulations.
Provide educational materials to help clients understand legal processes and make informed decisions.
Coordinate and facilitate communication for client referrals.
Monitor and enhance client satisfaction by addressing concerns proactively.
Collaborate with the legal team to support firm goals and deliver comprehensive client services.
Participate in special projects and contribute innovative ideas for process improvement.
Qualifications
Fluent in Spanish
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years’ experience with client interaction in an office setting
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Attention to detail and a commitment to client confidentiality
