We are hiring a Director of IT to manage SAP ERP operations at Process Technology. This position oversees enhancements and support for Order-to-Cash, ISC, and finance processes, ensuring effective and use of SAP ERP across the company.

This role works in partnership with business teams, process owners, and corporate IT departments to achieve established business objectives and address issues efficiently. Ideal candidates will possess advanced proficiency in SAP ERP operations, demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills, and have comprehensive knowledge of Order-to-Cash, ISC, and finance processes.

Business Engagement & Change Leadership

Strategic Partner: Understands how to align business and IT objectives at senior levels.

Business Translator: Converts detailed requirements into actionable technical solutions.

Results-Oriented: Prioritizes tangible business results over solely technical delivery.

Collaborative Leader: Establishes effective working relationships across business units, IT, and third‑party vendors.

ERP Leadership

Oversee support team activities in incident resolution, service request fulfillment, and the prioritization of configurations or changes required for business operations.

Work with process owners to establish requirements, priorities, and evaluation criteria.

Drive harmonization and standardization of business processes by leveraging SAP best practices / GDM’s.

Function as the liaison between Business IT and Central IT, clarifying requirements, priorities, and solution development.

Facilitate adoption through communication, training, and stakeholder engagement initiatives.

Manage the O2C and finance process transformation (including quote‑to‑cash, billing, revenue recognition, receivables, credit & collections, pricing, and customer master).

Ensure coordination with related processes (Procure‑to‑Pay, Record‑to‑Report, Supply Chain, Manufacturing).

Work with Functional Implementation Leaders and Support cross‑functional teams engaged in SAP work, fostering a culture of accountability, agility, and knowledge sharing.

Develop and oversee test plans, cases, and scripts for User Acceptance (UAT)

Governance, Risk & Performance

Address risks, dependencies, and challenges within global teams.

Maintain compliance with relevant data management, security, and regulatory standards.

US Person Requirement

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization.

Required

Minimum 10 year’s experience in IT leadership positions involving SAP Support or Implementation programs (S/4 HANA preferred).

Direct leadership experience in Order‑to‑Cash and finance processes (billing, receivables, credit management, pricing, customer master).

Experience directing large‑scale ERP implementations, preferably including SAP S/4HANA in multinational organizations.

Preferred

Familiarity with RISE with SAP, targeted transformation, or hybrid migration strategies.

Background in manufacturing environments.

Demonstrated ability managing stakeholders and communicating at executive levels.

Advanced degree (MBA, MS in IT/Business) or certifications (PMP, ITIL, SAP).

Strong skills in business process engineering, change management, and solution deployment.

Capable of leading cross‑functional teams and coordinating with consulting partners.
