Hiring immediately. What You'll Do In-Home Consultative Sales

Meet with homeowners in their homes for thoughtful, in-depth consultations

Ask smart, relevant questions to understand their goals, concerns, and priorities

Educate homeowners on solutions they truly need—not what they're pressured to buy

Solution Design & Presentation

Design and present window and door solutions that improve both aesthetics and function

Clearly explain value, investment, and long-term benefits in a calm, confident manner

Speak intelligently and credibly—without jargon or sales theatrics

Move the Process Forward

Guide homeowners through the decision-making process at a respectful pace

Confidently ask for the opportunity to earn their business—without pressure

Close sales through trust, clarity, and professionalism

Ensure contracts and details are accurately entered into the CRM

Relationship Ownership

Stay connected with homeowners from first meeting through project completion

Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

Build long-term relationships and strong referrals

Who You Are

Not pushy, not aggressive—but confident, persuasive, and composed

High emotional intelligence; you read the room and adjust naturally

Comfortable asking for the sale without making homeowners uncomfortable

Detail-oriented and organized—you don't miss important information

Sense of urgency without anxiety or pressure tactics

Likeable and professional—not overly slick or "salesy"

Independent, self-driven, and accountable for results

Basic Qualifications

Ability to work independently in the field throughout the St. Louis area

Strong in-home sales or consultative selling experience preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Reliable transportation
