
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager, located in Odessa, TX, with some flexibility for remote work. The Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, develop strategies to meet sales targets, maintain relationships with existing clients, and identify new business opportunities. The individual will also be responsible for leading and coaching a sales team, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with other departments to support overall business goals.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Experience in the metal hose, industrial, or manufacturing sector is a plus
