Implement structured creative testing on a weekly basis
Monitor and improve key performance metrics including CAC, CTR, CVR, and blended ROAS
Scale advertising budgets responsibly while maintaining profitability
Provide structured weekly reporting with insights and action plans
Collaborate directly with the founder on positioning, offers, and campaign direction
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years managing Meta ads for eCommerce brands
Demonstrated experience scaling high-ticket products preferred
Experience managing budgets in the $10,000–$20,000 per month range
Strong understanding of creative testing frameworks and performance optimization
Analytical mindset with a focus on measurable results
Wordpress experience preferred
Experience in automotive, EV, mobility, or lifestyle brands is a plus but not required.
Compensation
Monthly retainer in the range of $2,500–$3,500 depending on experience
Performance-based incentives tied to CAC targets and growth milestones
Long-term growth opportunity as the brand scales
Application Instructions Please send a direct message with:
Relevant case studies including ad spend levels and CAC metrics
