Senior Manager, Content Creator & Social Video Seeking a creative, culturally fluent Content Creator & Social Video Lead to concept, capture, edit, and deliver high‑performing, social‑first content across organic and paid channels. Key Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with Marketing, Creative, and Paid Media teams to ideate, concept, and execute social‑first content aligned with seasonal campaigns, launches, and ongoing brand storytelling.

Lead monthly paid social shoots, partnering cross‑functionally to ensure creative concepts align with performance goals, platform best practices, and production requirements across paid vs. organic content.

Capture and edit short‑form video content end‑to‑end, from concept through final delivery, with strong command of pacing, music, motion, transitions, and brand tone.

Continuously identify, recommend, and test new content formats informed by cultural moments, platform trends, and competitive analysis.

Execute with a high level of detail and organization: follow briefs precisely, prep assets in advance, and deliver on time while meeting all technical specs.

Partner with Graphic Design to repurpose, adapt, and optimize content for multiple platforms and placements, with a clear understanding of user behavior and performance best practices.

Ensure all content consistently reflects the brand’s voice, visual identity, and campaign strategy, maintaining a polished and cohesive aesthetic across channels.

Qualifications & Experience

Approximately 4+ years of experience creating content for a brand, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or consumer goods.

Proven ability to work independently and manage projects from concept through execution, while collaborating effectively with a broader team.

Strong proficiency in mobile‑first editing tools (CapCut), Adobe Creative Suite, and social‑native capture techniques.

Deep, hands‑on understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and emerging social formats, including platform norms, audience expectations, and performance indicators.

Ability to shoot, edit, and produce content end‑to‑end with speed, polish, and consistency.

Clear, proactive communicator who shares progress, flags challenges early, and manages timelines effectively.
