As
Senior Bid / Tender Manager , you will lead the bid function, working closely with the Sales Director and managing a team of sales professionals, estimators and bid writers. You will oversee the production of high-quality PQQs, tenders and proposals, ensuring submissions are compelling, compliant and competitive. Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the bid writing team Oversee bid/tender timelines and submissions Review, edit and proofread proposals to a high standard Produce tailored executive summaries and key written content Ensure all submissions meet client and procurement requirements Support the achievement of tender wins and sales targets About You
The successful
Senior Bid / Tender Manager
will have: Minimum 10 years’ experience in bid management/writing Strong knowledge of public sector and government tendering processes Experience within construction, engineering, manufacturing or related sectors Excellent written communication and organisational skills A results-driven, proactive and detail-focused approach Interested? apply today or call Andrea 07999108785
