Ace Handyman Services is hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR). This role supports scheduling, customer service, and coordination for our team, with a focus on commercial clients. No construction experience is required; strong organization, multitasking, problem solving, and relationship building are key. Location : 190 Commerce Drive, Franklin, IN Schedule : Full-Time Pay Rate : $19-$21 per hour (plus performance bonuses) Employment Type : Full-Time Responsibilities
Answer inbound job leads and educate customers about our services Manage scheduling and coordinate material orders for multiple craftsmen Use ServiceTitan software to maintain accurate job records and workflows Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients Ensure projects are completed on time and presented professionally Provide logistical support and assist with weekly accounting tasks Follow up with past customers to build loyalty and generate repeat business Support sales efforts through customer education and service recommendations Requirements
5+ years of administrative/scheduling experience 3+ years of sales experience Technologically savvy and comfortable learning new systems Strong customer service and multitasking skills Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities Comfortable educating customers and supporting sales conversations Nice to Have
Experience with ServiceTitan Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred) QuickBooks knowledge Experience working with commercial clients Benefits
