is a luxury women’s clothing and activewear brand designed with premium UPF fabrics for golf, tennis, pickleball, resort wear, and more. With an average retail price point of ~$400 per outfit, NINI blends performance, sun protection, and elevated style for life on the course, court, and coast.
We are expanding into wholesale and are seeking an
experienced Independent Sales Representative
to grow NINI’s presence in
country clubs, luxury resorts, and high-end specialty boutiques .
The Role This is a
commission-only (1099)
position ideal for a rep with established buyer relationships and a strong understanding of premium apparel sales.
Responsibilities
Open new wholesale accounts with country clubs, resorts, and specialty boutiques
Present and sell the NINI collection to buyers (in person and/or digitally)
Manage the sales process from initial introduction through reorder
Build and maintain long-term buyer relationships to drive repeat business
Represent the brand at select events, trunk shows, or pop-ups as needed
Provide market feedback on product, pricing, and assortment
Ideal Candidate
3–5+ years of wholesale sales experience in luxury apparel, resort wear, or golf/tennis categories
Based in Florida
Existing relationships with buyers at clubs, resorts, or specialty boutiques
Proven ability to sell premium price points
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
Experience as an independent or commission-based sales rep preferred
Compensation
Commission-only (1099 independent contractor)
12% commission on all wholesale sales
Commission paid on
initial orders and reorders
from accounts opened and actively serviced by the rep
Tiered commission opportunities
for high-performing reps based on annual sales volume
Significant long-term earning potential through repeat wholesale business
