Overview The Wholesale Sales Manager is responsible for driving wholesale revenue growth through proactive outreach, relationship-building, and sales execution. This role will focus heavily on new business development, while also supporting and growing select existing accounts.

You will be expected to identify, pitch, and close new wholesale partners, including luxury boutiques, resort destinations, and high-end hotels, while ensuring all wholesale orders are properly placed and fulfilled through our 3PL and ERP.

Responsibilities

Proactively identify, pitch, and secure new wholesale accounts, with a strong focus on: ○ Retail Stores and Online Outlets, Resorts and destination retail, Luxury hotels and hospitality partners, Emerging and high-potential specialty boutiques.

Develop and maintain a robust outbound sales pipeline, consistently calling on new doors

Manage a wholesale command center - new doors, current doors, all sales, contacts, and significant KPIs to measure the success of wholesale and retail

Conduct virtual and in-person sales appointments, showroom meetings, and market appointments

Represent the brand during New York City market weeks, appointments, and key sales moments

Own the full sales cycle: outreach → presentation → order close → follow-through

Partner with accounts on product assortment strategy and best-selling styles

Ensure all wholesale orders are accurately placed with the 3PL

Ensure all wholesale orders are shipped and paid for on time

Work closely with the AR team to ensure payments are received

Coordinate closely with internal teams to confirm inventory availability, delivery timing, and fulfillment

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in wholesale sales within fashion, jewelry, accessories, or luxury goods industry.

Must have strong existing network in

Luxury retail, Resorts and destination retail, Hotels and hospitality retail.

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Available for NYC market weeks and key in-person sales moments

Organized, detail-oriented, and confident in handling order execution with a 3PL

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
