
Regional Sales Manager – Germany (Remote)
A market-leading global electrical manufacturing business is looking to hire a consultative and ambitious Field Sales Executive.

You will be responsible for:
Developing your region, by establishing & winning new business opportunities with direct clients and electrical distribution partners
Building strong credible relationships with your client base
Solving client queries by being point of contact
Proactively driving the territory business forward by developing an area business plan
Working hard to obtain personal targets and all targeted business objectives
Deliver professional product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs
Negotiate contracts and close agreements with key decision-makers
Attending client meetings, trade fairs, and industry events
Successful candidates must be:
A proven sales professional with at least 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing field sales role. Ideally in the electrical or lighting industry.
Organised and efficient with the ability to work autonomously
An exceptional communicator
Able to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
